Content
This supervisor module is intended to act as a combination of knowledge development as well as reference manual. It contains samples of health and safety forms, standard operating procedures, check lists and more. These components don't necessarily constitute lessons per se but rather serve as a point from which to build your own policies in terms of health and safety, daily procedures and so on. This bonus material was formerly titled "Health and Safety Forms" and was published under its own cover. It has now been incorporated in the supervisor module thus removing the need to acquire it separately for Hyperbarocist Supervisors completing this module.

Topics
This module is where we discuss topics and subjects which relate to the management of wellness based hyperbaric facilities and there relation to medical facilities, whether they be clinical or purely wellness based or even home users. The material is useful to anyone operating hyperbaric equipment including medical professionals and should not be dismissed as purely CAM based. Legislation is expanded upon as is the lesson covering international organisations.

Supervisor Knowledge
We also include discussion on individual staff roles where more people than a single owner operator work together. We also delve further into the treatment of decompression sickness as an introduction to chamber operations beyond just a wellness application. This work can also double as a refresher for diving personal and commercial chamber operators.

Crossover
There is no routine crossover available for this level. If you have prior learning and wish to cross over it must be done at intermediate level. This requires manual enrolment in the online platform or direct learning. candidates wishing to crossover and gain recognition of prior learning should get in touch to discuss this.

This is the work where it is assumed readers and leaners already have a solid grasp on the physics, physiology and mechanics of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and the related diving physics and physiology. This is not repeated here as this work now leaves that aside in favour of more procedural matters.
It is imperative to have a solid understanding of ALL previous work at this stage.
This is the final module in this series of knowledge development programs and together with the other modules and books makes for a library of refernce material for daily use in your endeavours. It is not so crucial to remember everything verbatim, and rote recall is unnecessary. This work is intended as a reference work. Knowledge reviews are open book, meaning answers can be looked up. It is more important that readers remember where an answer may be found rather than parrot fashion memorisation.
